Oversees the sacramental and ritual life of the parish so as to invite each member of the parish community to participate in the life, death and resurrection of Christ.

Oversees all liturgical preparation. Fosters critical evaluation of Liturgy.

Initiates new members into the Church through a year-round process of prayer, teaching and action according to the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.   The Rite is adapted for children of catechetical age (about 6 or 7) who have not been baptized.

An opportunity for children of elementary school age to hear the Word proclaimed in language they can understand and to reflect on it in their own words.  CLOW follows the guidelines established by the Directory for Masses with Children.  It is offered twice a month, September to May, at the Sunday 10:30 a.m. Mass.

Proclaim the Word at Liturgy.   Each of 7 Teams meets every 7 weeks to prepare each Sunday’s liturgy.

Assist the priest and deacon distributing the Eucharist at liturgical celebrations.

Cantors, instrumentalists, liturgical music ensembles in a variety of groupings, including a youth music group and choir for special occasions to lead our assembly in singing the liturgy.

Has care of all vestments, cloths and sacred vessels.

Prepare altar for Mass.

Wash the linens used on the altar.

Designs setting of each season, Sunday and feast day.

Welcome all to our Sunday liturgies, especially guests and new parishioners, distribute bulletins and assist at communion.

Teens, boys and girls (5th grade and older), men and women who assist at the altar.

Bakes the bread to be consecrated into the Body of Christ.

Sacred dance to enhance the liturgy.
