Challenge: Haven’t been able to respond to comments on Google page. Action Plan: Will investigate further, contact Google if necessary; take into consideration that Google’s review pages may not provide opportunity to respond. Challenge: Had modestly successful meeting on using Flocknote with staff, ministry leaders. Actions Taken: Followed up with ministers to answer questions, provide links to Flocknote pages with information relevant to their purposes. Challenge: Not able to pin down a Signup Sunday for Flocknote. Action Plan: Ensure that those who have joined Flocknote are comfortable using it; consult with pastoral council, staff on possible date(s) for signup. |

Talked with a few young adults & invited to cancelled meeting, March 7. (snow) Did reading and checking with others for discussion at March 7 meeting. Planning for Palm Sunday And Easter to make sure people feel welcomed and willing to return more often. |

If we make flyers with list of Social Ministries for CFP, we would coordinate w/ CFP. There will be an overlap with communications committee. | |

We can’t predict how many people will respond to bulletin request. Updating the website with all of the Ministries including videos and links to websites is a huge undertaking. | |
