In looking at youth representation, the thought is that it might work better to have a representative from Pastoral Council go to the Youth group meeting each month – to let the youth group know what kind of things Pastoral Council is working on, and to get some input from the youth group. Proposing that the representative should change each month to allow as much interaction, and to not overload one person. |

Meeting weekly, we are working to complete the By-Law revisions draft by the Feb/Mar meeting for Pastoral council to review and revise, so that we can have approved revisions by the April meeting prior to the next elections. |

With no staff person to oversee Social Concerns, the team agreed that a Steering Committee should be put in place. One challenge will be available time of the volunteers to participate. |
